Procedures For FPAS Student Membership and Examination Registration
Student Membership Registration

  1. Candidates enrolling in the AFPCM / AWPCM / CFPCM certification Program must apply for FPAS student membership.
  2. The current year's annual membership fee is pro-rated, based on your date of application as per below table:
    Jan - MarchApr - JuneJul - SepOct - Dec
    $80.00$60.00$40.00$20.00
    Subsequent renewal date will be on 31 December of each year.
  3. Candidates applying for the FPAS student membership must duly complete the FPAS Student Membership Application Form.
  4. Cheque should be crossed and made in favour of "FPAS".
    The completed Student Membership Application Form together with the required fee should be sent to FPAS at 53 Tras Street #02-01 Singapore 078992.

Examination Registration

  1. Candidates can register for examination(s) only if they have a valid FPAS membership and are currently enrolled in AFPCM / AWPCM / CFPCM Educational Program with a FPAS approved Education Provider. Members will be notified by FPAS via post/email of the period for each examination registration.
  2. Students registering for the FPAS examination must duly complete the prescribed examination registration form.
  3. The examination registration form and payment of examination fees must be made directly to FPAS and in compliance with all FPAS terms and conditions.
FPAS is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to applications for certification(s), exemption(s) and examination(s). Queries pertaining to exemptions, examinations and/or certifications should be directed to FPAS at Tel: 6372 1030 or via email to:

Important Note:
  1. Course fee paid to education providers does not include FPAS student membership and examination fees.
  2. All fees paid to FPAS are non-refundable.
